The binder in the drawer, finally useful.

Every room has one: a tired plastic binder with the Wi-Fi password, checkout time, breakfast hours, and the house rules, half of it out of date the day it was printed. The Digital Guest Directory is that binder, gone digital and kept current.

You build it yourself: create categories, write the entries, drag them into the order you want and publish in a tap. A change you make at the desk is live in the room before you've stood up, with no reprint to wait for and nobody to chase.

Guests find what they need in their own language, the same seven that back the menu. Wi-Fi, checkout, hours, house rules, the good places to eat down the road: it's all there, and it's kept right.

Each booking lands on the staff bookings board, where your team confirms it and works through the day. The board refreshes itself every few seconds, so the front desk and the guest are always looking at the same availability.
