How do guests order to their room without installing an app?

Each room has its own QR code. The guest points their phone camera at it and a branded web app opens in the browser, no download and no account. They browse the menu, build an order and send it to the room. It works the same on the first night and every night after, with nothing to install.

What is Monsieur and who is it for?

Monsieur is in-room ordering for hotels, with a digital guest directory and services booking in the same app. It is built for independent hotels, from boutique properties through to luxury. Guests order food and drink, read the house information and book services from one scan, and your team works the orders from a console and kitchen display.

What does Monsieur cost?

There are four plans. Petit is 49 euros a month for a single outlet and up to 30 rooms. Maitre is 149 euros a month for up to three outlets. Palace is 299 euros a month for larger luxury properties. Grand Hotel, for multi-property estates, is priced on request. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You add a card to begin and we only charge when the trial ends.

Which languages does it support?

Seven ship in the box: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Italian. The guest picks their language on the first screen and the whole app switches with them, including the menu, cart, order status, directory and booking flow. It is part of every plan, not an add-on.

How long does setup take?

An afternoon for most hotels. You paste your hotel website at signup and the extractor reads your colours, type and logo, so the guest app already looks like yours before you touch a thing. From there you add your outlets, menu and rooms. If the extracted look is not quite right, you can pick a preset or fine-tune it in the theme editor.

What is the digital guest directory?

It is the in-room binder, kept current and searchable. Wi-Fi password, checkout time, breakfast hours, house rules and the good places to eat nearby all live there. You build the categories and entries yourself and publish in a tap, and a change you make at the desk is live in the room right away. Guests read it in their own language, the same seven that back the menu. It is included on every plan.

Can guests book the spa or other services from their room?

Yes. Services and Booking lets guests open a service, see the slots that are genuinely open and book one, without phoning reception. Spa treatments, activities and transfers all work this way. You set which services you offer, how long each runs and how many slots a day they hold. Each booking lands on the staff bookings board your team works from. It is included on every plan.

How does staff manage incoming orders?

Orders arrive on a staff console and a real-time kitchen display the moment a guest taps Confirm, grouped by outlet. Every change of state is a deliberate human tap: accepted, ready, delivered. Nothing advances on its own, so the board shows what really happened on the line. Allergen markers, modifier callouts and per-room delivery clocks sit on each ticket.

Does it work on any phone?

Yes. The guest app is a web app that runs in the phone browser, so there is nothing to install and it works the same on iPhone and Android. The guest scans the room QR code and the menu opens. Your staff console and kitchen display run in a browser too, on a tablet at the pass or a laptop at the desk.

How is guest data handled?

Guests do not create accounts to order, so we hold the minimum: the order itself, the room it goes to and the language they chose. Each hotel's data is isolated from every other hotel. You can read how we handle personal data and your rights under the GDPR on our GDPR and data protection page.

Can we use our own brand and domain?

Yes. The guest app carries your hotel's colours, type and logo from day one, pulled from your website at signup and adjustable any time. On Maitre and above you can also run it on your own domain, such as order.your-hotel.com, with the certificate provisioned for you.
