The moment you connect, Monsieur reads your in-house reservations, your rooms and your guest profiles and keeps them current, with upcoming stays too where your PMS supports it. Every guest feature runs off that live mirror, so the right guest always sees the right room.

Only real guests, only while they are here

Because the mirror knows who is checked in, ordering, chat and digital keys open for a verified stay and close the moment a guest checks out. A departed guest cannot keep ordering to a room that is no longer theirs.

How it connects

One connection, kept in sync.

An admin connects your PMS once from the settings screen, with the sign-in your provider uses, and Monsieur keeps the mirror current from then on. Your credentials are encrypted at rest.

Nothing about your reservations, your rates or your guest records is ever written back into your PMS. Monsieur reads, it does not rewrite.

Charge to the room

Post to the folio, only when you choose.

On the systems that support it, a delivered order can post to the guest folio as a room charge, with reversals handled the same way. It is a separate switch, off until you turn it on, staff-controlled, and each charge posts at most once.

Leave it off and orders simply settle however you already collect. Nothing posts anywhere without your say-so.

No PMS?

You are not left out.

Not every property runs a PMS, and Monsieur does not require one. Your team enters stays by hand, and ordering, messaging and keys all work exactly the same.

Connect a PMS whenever you are ready, and the live mirror takes over from the stays you were entering yourself.

Which property systems do you support?

Monsieur has adapters for Mews, Apaleo, Cloudbeds, Beds24, Hostaway, RoomRaccoon, Stayntouch, Clock PMS and Octorate. You connect with your own credentials and Monsieur keeps your reservations in sync.

Does Monsieur change anything in our PMS?

No. Monsieur reads your reservations, rooms and guests to build a live mirror. It never writes your reservations, rates or guest records back. The one optional exception is posting a room charge to a guest folio, which you turn on yourself.

Can delivered orders post to the room?

On the systems that support folio posting, yes, as an option you switch on. It is off by default, staff-controlled, and each charge posts at most once. You can also leave it off and collect however you do today.

Do we need a PMS to use Monsieur?

No. Without a PMS your team enters stays by hand and everything works. You can connect a PMS whenever you are ready.
